With the internet we achieved truly global coverage. We had correspondence from people in New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Moscow, Norway, France, Holland, Germany, Canada, the USA as well as all over the UK.
The coverage of Regatta Radio in 2006 is shown in the map. Although some people were listening on car radios in Theale a good 15 miles away. The map is centred on Henley-on-Thames, the town is 35 miles (50km) west of London in the UK.
All those areas in green received good coverage while the station was on-air. This covers all of Sonning Common in the west, Twyford (including the station) in the south, some parts of the Hambleden Valley in the north and the A404(M) approach road to the M4 in the east.
We hope to be broadcasting again on 106.0 FM in 2007.
